Unusual and exquisite hotel, 3 stars. Lovely area, central location just next door to a quiet square in the older part of Agen, the church which is now an exhibition space for the town art gallery and the town centre. The Michelin-starred restaurant for dinner.
Old bathroom.

Located in the heart of town, making it perfect to explore the local attractions, such as museums, restaurants and bars. You can also easily walk down to the nearby historic church, now an art gallery.
Some areas of the hotel have a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which may not be suitable for non-smoking guests.

Spent xmas in a charming hotel, with beautiful decor and great service. The location is simply unbeatable, directly in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy, quaint dining room. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure that our stay was comfortable and memorable.
The rooms were a bit small and lacked certain amenities, such as coffee/tea-making facilities. The service was also a bit unpredictable at times, with some staff members being more helpful than others.

We were warmly greeted by the owner who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, centrally located and with secure parking, which was a real plus. The room was well-appointed and clean, with a newly renovated bathroom. The hotel has a charming and quirky decor, with antiques and good quality furniture throughout.
The wifi was very poor in our room, which was a bit inconvenient. The owner/manager's behavior was a bit overbearing, as he gave my wife an unsolicited kiss on the cheek upon arrival, which made her uncomfortable.

The spacious and well-equipped rooms were a highlight, and the onsite parking provided convenience and peace of mind. the location couldn't have been better, as it was close to amenities and just a short walk from a Michelin starred restaurant.
There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the limited hours of car park access and check-in time made it a bit inconvenient for us.

What a lovely Christmas experience! The antique furnishings and classy decorations of the hotel really brought the holiday spirit alive. The central location made it easy to explore the town and dine at the nearby restaurants. Not to mention, the secure parking gave us peace of mind during our stay. The cherry on top? The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
While the hotel was cozy and festive, the breakfast options were a bit limited and not quite up to par with the rest of the amenities. Additionally, the lack of communal spaces, such as a garden or living room, made it difficult to relax and unwind in the hotel itself. it was a delightful stay with just a few minor qualms.
